What to bring
We will gather at our meeting point to start this Pelourinho Free Tour, a neighborhood in the city of Salvador, which is part of the historic center and is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Pelourinho is characterized by its well-preserved Portuguese baroque colonial architecture. Walking through its streets you can find countless mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries that house museums and restaurants, as well as different Catholic temples such as the church of San Francisco, considered the richest baroque work in the country and one of the most visited in the world.
