Important notes

• The group service includes pickup in the Dorotea and Puerto Bories areas.
• The group service does not offer pickup at the Bus Terminal or at meeting points without a specific address (e.g., Plaza de Armas, street corners, etc.).
• Write your hotel or flight details (if applies) and your exact time within the available window in the Additional comments box, for the private service.
• Each traveler must carry a valid ID or passport in perfect condition (chip and QR undamaged).
• Total travel time (around 5 hours) may vary due to immigration control and road conditions.
• Standard baggage included; for extra or oversized items, tell us during booking.
• If documents don’t meet requirements or details are incomplete, refunds don’t apply beyond the policy deadlines.

  • From Torres del Paine Park:
    • Departure between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM: from CLP$ 74.000 per person.
    • Departure between 10:01 AM and 3:00 PM: from CLP$ 82.000 per person.
