Dinner consists of a four-course meal featuring local Rapa Nui cuisine and ingredients from the island. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a crostini with house-made pebre as an appetizer, along with your choice of beverage: pisco sour, fresh juice, soft drink, or a glass of Chardonnay or Merlot. The menu includes a quinoa appetizer with tropical flavors, a cream soup made with local ingredients, and a choice of main course between fish, meat, or a vegan option. You’ll finish dinner with a traditional Rapa Nui dessert and a hot beverage or after-dinner drink. Dinner is available at two different times, depending on the option selected: 6:00 PM, before the show, or 9:00 PM, after the show. If any passenger has an allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, you must indicate it when making the reservation in the “Additional comments” field so the restaurant can take it into consideration.
